Job Description
The Shop Assistant is responsible for cleaning, sweeping, power scrubbing and organization of the maintenance facility and tools of the facility. They also assist Heavy Equipment Mechanics with tasks as requested by supervisor. As well as, but not limited to, cleaning of equipment, which may involve chipping concrete or asphalt and power washing the equipment.
This an hourly, Teamster position with full medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
We are looking for an individual who can work in a team environment, exhibit honesty and trustworthiness, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This individual must possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record and a high school diploma/GED.
